Tell us a little about you…

I'm a 20 some lad from Whitstable with a love of sport and cars. I enjoy a good meal and a night out.

I started my career as an insurance broker where I gained the all important sales experience and confidence to get where I am today. I’ve always been interested in all things technology, so working in the Digital Media sector, dealing with clients who specialise in really interesting industries is great.

How long have you been with FGS?

8 months. I spent the first few months going through an intense training programme learning about recruitment and the FGS way and most recently finding my niche and perfecting it.

What first attracted you to FGS?

The London feel agency but instead of the long commute, it's local to home. We work in cool offices with very friendly staff and amazing career progression. The Digital Media specialism interested me. Oh and the beer fridge of course!

What does a typical day look like for you?

I get in and check my to-do list from the previous day before calling people who can only speak before work. I then search for top talent using all techniques available to the business. I help clients interview the top talent I’ve found and help negotiate the right package for the candidate and client. As well as other smaller jobs, such as admin, making coffee and an FGS favourite, eating.

What is your favourite perk?

I can't choose just one so I'm going to say there's three...

Perkbox – everything you need in life, but cheaper.

Snack wall for all breakfast and lunch needs, as well as beer in the fridge!!!

I also bring my dog in sometimes which is pretty cool.
