Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for top sales professionals that are pure new business hunters early in their sales career. My client is based in Central London and work within Marketing Communications & Marketing Tech. They help their clients build their business by working on behalf of them to close deals with leading companies within their field.
What are they looking for?
- Someone who has 1-2+ years’ experience within B2B sales (marketing/advertising/tech is a plus)
- A drive to succeed
- Someone who is interested in Business Development
- Excellent skills over the phone and face to face
- Extremely confident (could you pitch to a group of people)
- Someone who wants to develop their career
In return they are offering £23-28k base with an OTE of £40k, although this is uncapped.
