Role

The goal for the Supply team is to be a key function in driving profit growth, building a Supply offering that is fully up to date and capable with what the market is doing and what clients are requesting.  

The Supply Executive will be required to become a key point of contact for all things Supply related in addition to Brand Safety, Viewability, New Formats and hot topics that affect the Supply/Publisher work.

You will be required to work closely with the colleagues in the local market leads in understanding what is being requested from a Supply perspective and working with the exchanges in enabling this.   

Responsibilities

  • Contribution to the International Supply strategy
  • Add to the portfolio of publisher direct relationships
  • Negotiating trading deals with key publishers across multiple markets
  • Develop a position of trusted advisor with the European offices to analyse and provide market insight to the wider organisation to achieve key objectives such as increasing revenue and profitability.
  • Main point of contact for anything in relation to Supply enquiries from all colleagues
  • Build and maintain a strong partnership with the US teams to communicate enhancements as well as launch new products with a European focus.  
  • Planning, developing and presenting compelling business cases to prioritise product roadmap and influence European and US key stakeholders  
  • Building solid relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders where necessary
  • On-going analysis of new digital advertising technologies and you’ll be required to report your findings back into the business.
  • You will be required to represent at appropriate trade body organisations, conferences, and events

Requirements

  • 1-3 years at a DSP, Trading Desk, SSP, Exchange, Programmatic team at a Media Owner and/or digital team at an agency
  • Business development and drawing up trading deals
  • Contact network of Media Owners, Publishers and Broadcasters
  • Strong understanding of:  RTB, Programmatic, the DSP, SSP landscapes, Viewability, Brand Safety Vendors, Display advertising, Video advertising, Performance advertising and Brand advertising
  • Strong understand of Enterprise/SaaS solutions
  • SQL and running queries
  • Big thinker and able to action - you will be required to work on strategy, build ideas but also can execute on day to day needs
  • Decision making - essential to the role and the team is the ability to decide based on solid foundations
  • Internal communication - you have the ability and enjoy speaking, educating and presenting to internal teams
  • External communication - you enjoy speaking to, publishers, vendors, clients and can proactively lead meetings and presentations
