Our Client offers confidential one-to-one communication coaching or tailored group programmes – for leaders, senior management teams, emerging talent and graduates.

They help you build an authentic personal narrative, and use it to project yourself effectively in key meetings, interviews, team briefings and big set-piece events. 

Operations Manager

The role:

Managing training delivery

Managing business diary and allocate Coaches

Inputting, analysing and reporting on client feedback and data

Working closely with our coaches to provide them with professional support 

Act as the main point of contact for Clients

Organise and manage events, prepare and set up each training room as required

 

Office Management

Supporting occasional ad-hoc business projects

Handling inbound calls, processing emails, and on-line requests from customers

Manage CRM

Obtaining, collating and reconciling financial invoices

Processing and recording of travel-related expenses

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong leadership, negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to present self professionally to prospective and existing clients
  • Excellent organisation, multitasking, and prioritisation skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness
  • Attention to detail and quality in all tasks and interactions
