My client is an eCommerce Platform as a Service that creates solutions for retail shops.  By using mobile devices and keeping all information in one place, the central office can instantly communicate with high street shops and maintain a level of uniformity of brand between online experiences, and what goes on in brick and mortar.

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for my client, you will be building and growing relationships with customers after the sale. You will know your product inside and out, so you can make sure customers know how to play with their new toy right out of the box.


As such, you are a bit of a tinkerer yourself – and have a good technical manner and can easily explain complex solutions and offer ideas to improve your customers’ work lives.  Your ability to listen, consult and educate customers will ensure their long-term success, which makes everyone happy!



Required Skills:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in customer-facing positions, could be customer service or a help desk
  • Proven ability to deliver technical workshops and training classes remotely and on site to customer teams, confidently sharing knowledge and answering technical questions
  • Coding experience preferred
  • Super analytical, consulting and admin skills
  • Strong understanding of sales process, excellent communications, and interpersonal skills
  • Happy to travel to clients to make sure things work great – potentially in the field 50% of the time
  • B.S., B.A. preferred
