Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager: (£50-55k base OTE £120k+)
My client is an award-winning e-learning company with excellent industry contacts.
They work with corporate and government clients, specialising in governance, risk management and compliance training.
Their delivery methods are a mixture of face to face training, along with web-based, app based and video based learning!
If you have a background in selling risk management or compliance training, then this role is for you!
The ideal candidate will have experience of selling e-learning!
This role is a mixture of account management and new business, working with Blue Chip clients at C level, such as Banks, Insurance companies and Oil and Gas companies. My client does not use KPIs or micro-managing! You are treated as an adult and trusted to get the job done, with support provided if needed.
Will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience selling non-tangible solutions
Will be an excellent communicator with a professional manner
Confident within client meetings at C level with Blue Chip companies
Will have experience dealing with average order values of over £100k
Will be an excellent relationship builder
20 days’ holiday in first year, rising to 25 days in second year
