Client Services Administrator £26k (home-based)

My client:

My client is a unique training company that successfully changes behavior through the use of one special technique!

They work with large clients to enhance a variety of skills and are a friendly and approachable team.

They will provide you with one to one coaching to support any needs you have and to help progress your career!


The role:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience of administration tasks such as taking minutes, managing colleague's dairies, dealing with invoices and using Microsoft Office.

Being the first point of contact for clients means it is essential that you have an excellent telephone and face to face manner with clients and a professional demeanor at all times.

A large part of your role will be organising the training for a client once they are passed onto you by the sales team. You will assign them a trainer and book all travel arrangements necessary.

There will be regular travel to London required, covered by expenses.
