Day to day duties of the Creative Account Manager
Way more than the usual account management role
- Own & manage clients on subscription and help launch accounts
- Build strong lasting relationships with these clients
- Plan & executive new client onboarding and help educate them on the platform
- Work with freelance video editors on video edits, being the communication between them and the client
- Add your own unique creativity by suggesting ideas/videos to campaigns
Based in Farringdon, they are growing so fast they may need to find a bigger office to fit all the team! The team are all very fun & friendly, last year they were taken out to Marbella due to the success the company had. They already have a summer party planned & more exciting projects coming up!
What experience do I need?
- 2-4+ years’ experience managing both small & large clients
- A PASSION for film, advertising, media & technology!
- Experience working on video would be a massive plus
- Ability to plan, develop and manage projects
- Creative & innovative
- Fluent in English, another langue is a massive plus.
