Dutch Speaking Customer Success Manager

Salary £40000 - £55000

Location – Surrey or homeabased

 

Do you speak fluent Dutch and have a background in Learning & Development or SaaS sector?

Are you looking for a role that is pure relationship management? Then this is the dream role for you!

My client is the leading global e-learning company who are offering a work from home role to a Dutch speaking individual.

 

The role:

To manage the relationships of Dutch clients through the whole lifecycle

This is not a sales role; but you will advise the sales team on each Dutch client

When a contract is coming to an end or renewal, the sales team will be pitching and negotiating based on your advice.

You need to be able to learn different systems and demonstrate to the clients how to use them, including via Webex presentations.

To build, strengthen and maintain Dutch client relationships

To understand the learning needs of the client in a consultative manner

This role is client facing, so there will be some travel to Netherlands involved.

 

The company:

My client is a well-known e-learning provider working with Enterprise clients. If you know e-learning, then you WILL know them. They treat their staff so well that they practically never leave! You:

Will be relationship-led and consultative in your approach.

Will have experience of managing a full client life-cycle, including onboarding, strategic account development, reporting on management information through to renewal and contract negotiations.

Will be a farmer not a hunter

Will have experience of working with the Dutch markets in a SaaS relationship management role
