My client is the leading global e-learning company who are offering a work from home role to a German speaking individual.
To manage the relationships of German clients through the whole lifecycle
This is not a sales role; but you will advise the sales team on each German client
When a contract is coming to an end or renewal, the sales team will be pitching and negotiating based on your advice.
You need to be able to learn different systems and demonstrate to the clients how to use them, including via Webex presentations.
To build, strengthen and maintain German client relationships
To understand the learning needs of the client in a consultative manner
This role is client facing, so there will be some travel to Germany involved.
My client is a well-known e-learning provider working with Enterprise clients. If you know e-learning, then you WILL know them. They treat their staff so well that they practically never leave! My client believes in rewarding outstanding work and promoting people within the company up their ranks, so there is always room for progression!
Will be relationship-led and consultative in your approach.
Will have experience of managing a full client life-cycle, including onboarding, strategic account development, reporting on management information through to renewal and contract negotiations.
Will be a farmer not a hunter
Will have experience of working with the German markets in a SaaS relationship management role
