Solution Specialist

About the role:
As a Solution specialist you will work closely with my clients customers to develop and document business requirements, product configuration specifications, test plans and test scripts. The Solution Specialist prepares and delivers face-to-face or virtual training, workshops, and consulting services for project implementation of my clients Total Performance systems. This position assists their customers by bringing together knowledge of the application, business thought, leadership, and best practices in implementing their applications to meet customer needs.
Skills & Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of business process and system analysis experience, preferably with a consulting firm.
- French or German language skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Human Capital Management space working with such products as Oracle, Taleo, SAP, Successfactors, Cornerstone, Saba, etc.
- A strong customer focus with excellent customer service and business communication (written and verbal) skills
