Sales Manager £30-£50k base salary
My client is a training organisation based in London, who is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to manage their sales team.
If you have passion, drive and experience working with young people, then this is the role for you!
The role:
You will be responsible for growing the sales team and maximising profits.
It is vital that you ensure the sales team hit and exceed their targets
You will be an inspiring and motivational manager with experience of managing a sales team
You will evaluate competitor information and use it to inform your strategy
You:
Previous experience managing a sales team
Experience working within an L&D or training company
Excellent sales record
Lively and driven manner
